Edboys Fried Chicken N Things isn’t just a food truck—it’s the comeback story of a crispy, saucy, slaw-stacked dream.

It all started back in 2016 with a truck called Bird Coma. We were out there slinging fried chicken, cheese fries, and good times across L.A. until 2019. After a few wild years and a much-needed break to explore other paths, I realized I wasn’t done yet. The streets were calling, and so was the fryer.

The fried chicken obsession started simple: me and my friends crushing slaw and cheese fries on the regular. That comfort food turned into a deeper culinary journey—digging into Cajun and Japanese soul food, especially karaage chicken. One day, I mixed a French raspberry jam with a house-made BBQ sauce, threw it on a fresh-fried piece of chicken, topped it with slaw… and it was over. That bite was everything.

I knew I had to bring it back—but this time, with a twist.

In 2025, I found a new love: streaming. So I thought, why not combine the two things I do best? Food and content. That’s how Edboys became one of the first fully live-broadcasted food trucks in Los Angeles. You can watch your order come to life in real time—no secrets, no filters, just pure, unfiltered flavor and fun.

Our menu brings the heat with fried chicken sandwiches, tenders, crispy fries, cauliflower alternatives, and house-made desserts like tres leches cake and Biscoff banana pudding. And yeah—it’s all gluten-free and dairy-free, but you wouldn’t guess it from the flavor.
